HOTĂRÂRE nr. 233 din 21 martie 2024 pentru aprobarea bugetului de venituri și cheltuieli pe anul 2024 pentru Administrația Națională "Apele Române", aflată în coordonarea Ministerului Mediului, Apelor și Pădurilor EMITENT GUVERNUL ROMÂNIEI Publicat în MONITORUL OFICIAL nr. 248 din 22 martie 2024 În temeiul art. 108 din Constituția României, republicată , și al art. 4 alin. (8) din Ordonanța de urgență a Guvernului nr. 107/2002 privind înființarea Administrației Naționale „Apele Române“, aprobată cu modificări prin Legea nr. 404/2003 , cu modificările și completările ulterioare, Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre. + Articolul 1 Se aprobă bugetul de venituri și cheltuieli pe anul 2024 pentru Administrația Națională „Apele Române“, instituție publică finanțată din venituri proprii, aflată în coordonarea Ministerului Mediului, Apelor și Pădurilor, prevăzut în anexele nr. 1 și 2 *) care fac parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre. *) Anexele nr. 1 și 2 sunt reproduse în facsimil. + Articolul 2 Suma de 265.670 mii lei reprezentând deficit pe anul 2024, prevăzută în anexa nr. 1 , se va acoperi din excedentul anilor precedenți.
