ORDIN nr. 207 din 10 februarie 2003 pentru aprobarea formei şi conţinutului Documentului de conformitate, Documentului de conformitate interimar, Certificatului de management al siguranţei şi Certificatului de management al siguranţei interimar EMITENT MINISTERUL LUCRĂRILOR PUBLICE, TRANSPORTURILOR ŞI LOCUINŢEI Publicat în MONITORUL OFICIAL nr. 123 din 26 februarie 2003 În temeiul prevederilor art. 18^3 alin. (3) din Ordonanţa Guvernului nr. 42/1997 privind transportul naval, aprobată cu modificări şi completări prin Legea nr. 412/2002 , şi ale art. 4 alin. (3) din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 3/2001 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Ministerului Lucrărilor Publice, Transporturilor şi Locuinţei, ministrul lucrărilor publice, transporturilor şi locuinţei emite următorul ordin: + Articolul 1 Se aprobă forma şi conţinutul Documentului de conformitate, Documentului de conformitate interimar, Certificatului de management al siguranţei şi Certificatului de management al siguranţei interimar, prevăzute în anexa care face parte integrantă din prezentul ordin. + Articolul 2 Autoritatea Navala Română va duce la îndeplinire prevederile prezentului ordin. + Articolul 3 Prezentul ordin se publică în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I. p.
